Jason King 03 97700599, has fixed a few.
He should be able to tell you what to do, I cannot remember what he did to mine, but I think he just glassed it on. Make sure you ask him what resin and glass to use.
Also make sure that the boom does not touch the mast when attached to the mast, when you lift it. This is the main reason they crack.

Hi Don If jason can't fix it before you leave I have epoxy, carbon mat and carbon uni up here in sydney and I could take it all to lake Mac. I could fix it quickly and then cure it with a hairdryer to cut down drying time. All depends on which day you plan to arrive.

Thanks Guys for all the help. Spoke to a local fibreglasser and was scared enough to email and phone Alex. Alex was great, providing excellent product support and advice. Had the cloth from another mis-spent project, preped and masked up this morning, laminated and peel ply on this evening. Hopefully when I unveil in the morning and quick trim up of the dags and I'm good to go
